Not matter what we think or differ on, thanks for summerizing it all Jan. This can't be easy or fun to write about.

Are we still blaming Dan Girardi for the Rangers sh!tty defense?

It just seems like the same two or three guys really trying out there: Fast, Vesey, Lundqvist. Perhaps if the 17 others played like these three, then at least we could take something positive from this past weekend. Right now, the only thing good about those two games is that they are done and over with.

Painful to watch

Thanks Jan.
Any bets on who jumps the Rangers this week for the wildcard? Philly, Carolina or the Isles? Or all 3.

At least Philly (don't the Rangers have a loss in store tomorrow with them?). My guess is all three, though.

Much better to write after a win or string of wins. After losses or several in a row, when similar issues arise, somewhat easy to find topics but actually writing the blog is difficult due to frustration with the team.

It’s not even entertaining. They look so disinterested out there it’s disgu. Hit someone, step up and fight, take someone to task when they crash Hank, something. It’s lifeless hockey that isn’t enjoyable to watch.

Smith did fight. And it sparked...The Penguins.

Guess Hayes is out again tomorrow, Holland called up, my guess is Buchnevich gets made the scape goat again, if this assumption is true I’m 100000% not watching another game this season

Also the Pack were outshot 26-2 in the 2nd period this afternoon, safe to say the “system” is a failure anywhere you apply it, more indictments on AV IMO

Last time I saw the Rangers play like this it led to Tom Renney getting fired shortly afterwards. I do not think any trades can help this team this season. Coach will be the one to go.

Trade Nash, Desh, Grabner, McD; see if Staal will be willing to go elsewhere and retool for next season. The mindset is garbage now. Time to make some changes.

Well lets be honest, they aint calling up a bunch of AHL'ers while in a playoff spot. If they sell at the deadline they will

Smith was at the end of a shift and was getting pounded before he got his gloves off. Plus he just ran over Reeves, which is like hitting a truck.

Still though, see what the Rangers are missing. The pvssy mentality sparks other teams. I'm not asking for Stu Bickel to center our #1 line, but can we get some guys out there to at least not let teams bully and push the Rangers around? It's like watching the Rangers "Smurfs" from the 80's.

And that speaks volumes about the rest of the guys on the team. The fact he went out there and threw a big hit a shift after Staal got hit then fought a guy 3 inches taller and 30+ lbs heavier and it provided nothing shows the rest of the team is a bunch of gutless overpaid spineless pansy’s.
